Shipping Policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of receipt. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all the original tags and labels attached.
Returns Process
To return an item, place it securely in its original packaging and include proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 20 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Please note: Sale items or Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
